Amy Ewing

Amy Ewing is the “outerior” designer for the catering business. She creates the table settings and overall look of the dinner. She moved to Kodiak, Alaska to spend the summer with her mother after graduation, and has been there ever since. Amy enjoys being a part of her mom’s bush catering business because she gets to experience the variety of landscapes that Alaska has to offer. When she isn’t helping Bradley and Sherri, shes playing her favorite sport...roller derby.
